About Pitch Wars Webinars . . .

The Pitch Wars webinar series was developed to help writers at every stage of their careers. Mentors and industry experts will host webinars focused on pitching, publishing, developing craft, and more.

Pitch Wars is a contest where published/agented authors, editors, or industry interns choose one writer each, read their entire manuscript, and offer suggestions to shine it up for agents. The mentors work with their mentees for two months before an agent round. Learn more.

  • Greetings Mrs. Edwards,

Just one question: As far as Pitch Wars is concerned, do I need to have a line of communication with a literary agent(s) prior to December 7, 2017? Or, should I just submit my 3 pitches on December 7th?

  • Greetings Mrs. Edwards,

Can I just begin twitter pitching my 3 pitches on December 7, 2017 for Pitch Wars?
Or, do I need to have communication with agent(s) prior to the Twitter pitch contest?

We're thrilled at the different ways those in our Pitch Wars community are giving back—and we encourage them to do so. However, please keep in mind that Pitch Wars is not affiliated with any of these various contests, promotions, etc., including those of our mentors and mentees. Promoting any such opportunities via our social media channels doesn't imply endorsement or affiliation. We encourage you to do your research before participating.
