Mara Rutherford writes novels for young adults inspired by her travels around the world. A triplet born on Leap Day, Mara grew up in California and has since lived in England, Russia, and Peru, and will be heading to Serbia next year. She is the proud wife of a Marine-turned-diplomat and the mother of two boys. Mara is represented by Uwe Stender of Triada Literary.
