L. D. Lewis is author of speculative stories “Chesirah” and A Ruin of Shadows. She serves as a founding creator and Art Director of FIYAH Literary Magazine for Black Speculative Fiction. In 2018 she was awarded the Working-Class Writers Grant by the Speculative Literature Foundation. She lives in Georgia with her coffee habit, her cat Gustavo, and an impressive Funko Pop! Collection.
