K. A. Black is an engineer by day and writer by night. She writes in the science fantasy/sci-fi space with current works including a space opera, s dystopian or dark sci-fi, and a neon utopia. Her first book is out on submission right now with another book almost completed. She has lived in a variety of places in the US, but has settled down in Arizona with her husband and dogs.
