Grace D. Li grew up in Houston, Texas, and is a graduate of Duke University, where she studied biology and creative writing. She is a former New York City high school teacher and currently attends medical school at Stanford University. Her debut novel, Portrait of a Thief, will be out April 2022 from Tiny Rep Books.
