AM Kvita graduated college with a degree in architecture and immediately pivoted into publishing, but her writing remains interested in the way the built environment shapes us. She is currently an acquisitions editor at an academic press and is a former Mellon Publishing Fellow and We Need Diverse Books Intern. Much of her time is spent corralling her three cats and accumulating a frankly absurd number of houseplants.
