HOW TO WRITE AND SELL A BESTSELLER

August 7 – 14, 2016

Join Editor and Owner of Entangled Publishing, Liz Pelletier and me in Ireland for a writer’s retreat tour.

From brainstorming ideas, honing your craft, to creating the best way to sell your story, we’ll help you break out of the crowd in order to snag an industry professional or grab readers attention.

To find out more or to book a place on one of the tours, please email Fiona Claire: rlt[underscore]tours[at]yahoo.com

Here’s something about Liz …

Liz Pelletier is the co-founder of Entangled Publishing, which started with the belief that authors who write great books should receive a majority of the profits. Her out-of-the-box approach garnered a ground-breaking distribution deal with Macmillan, as well as a joint venture with St. Martin’s Press. Since its inception, Entangled has had 27 USA Today bestsellers, 11 New York Times bestsellers, and has earned myriad awards within the industry. Liz has been named one of 2014’s Most Influential People In Publishing by Bibliodaze. Under her direction, Entangled has become an industry leader, forging a new path as the next generation of publishing. http://www.entangledpublishing.com/

2016 Writers’ Conferences & Tours Combined

Learn from Successful Authors & Editors and become the best you can be.

Take an unforgettable journey that can be your springboard to a successful career as an author.

On this inspirational pilgrimage to the land of myth, mystery and magic, you can embrace opportunities to enrich your writing, meet like-minded individuals, and realize your creative dreams.

Your tour package (pricing) will include private conferences, group classes, workshops, and individual partial manuscript critique, even pulishing and marketing advice.

In between those classes and conferences, you’ll have all-day or partial-day tours with a professional guide of the most famous, infamous, well-known, and hidden sites in the west of Ireland. From cliffs that soar 700 feet above the Atlantic, to a 12th century castle, to the forest said to be home of the King of the Faeries of Connaught, to the prehistoric dun fort on the island of Inis Mor . . . and that’s just a few of the beautiful places you’ll visit. After these busy tour and writing days, you can have leisurely evening meals with other writers, listen to stories before a fire, or just cozy up with a book.

These aren’t the kind of tours where you board a giant bus at an ugly-early hour to visit a crowded site with thirty-five strangers. To ensure individualized attention and a friendly atmosphere, The Writers’ Retreats are limited to a maximum of twelve people, so we recommend that you reserve your place early. Keep an eye on this site because we’re updating it daily. Click on the tabs above for further information and, when the 2016 dates and specifics are announced, to make a reservation.

Come visit The Road Less Traveled and let the land that inspired William Butler Yeats, Anne Enright, Oscar Wilde, Roddy Doyle, C.S.Lewis and John Banville . . . inspire you.

    • I wish I had the money to go. I keep trying to figure out how and right now I’m coming up with zilch. Miracles happen so I guess I’ll keep praying and trying to find a way. I’ve taught workshops for Savvy Authors off and on for years which is how I met Liz. Of course, I want to sub to Entangled.

Thanks so much for posting this! Whoever goes have a wonderful time and share your photos.

I’ve a brilliant idea! Howz about a giveaway for one lucky person to go to the retreat with you, sponsored by Entangled? Winner must pay own airfare and the meals not already provided. Oh, and can we say I’ve already won? Hee-hee!

But seriously, I sure wish I could go! I’ll work on a plan.
